  • Wash, Dry, and Fold laundry services
  • Dry Cleaning services for specified garments
  • Ironing/Pressing services
  • Pickup and delivery at designated times and locations

3. Customer Obligations

By using the Services, you agree to the following:

  • Inspection and Preparation of Items: You are responsible for inspecting all items for pre-existing damage and for emptying all pockets prior to pickup. Launkit is not responsible for any items left in pockets (e.g., cash, keys, jewellery, electronics) or any damage caused to clothing or items by contents left in pockets.
  • Contamination/Biohazard: You must not include items soiled with feces, urine, blood, or other biohazards. Launkit reserves the right to refuse or return any such items and may charge an additional fee for handling.
  • Labeling and Care Instructions: You must provide clear instructions and ensure all items have care labels. If a care label is missing, you accept the wash/dry/clean process determined by Launkit and agree that Launkit will not be held liable for any damage resulting from that process.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

All prices for Services are listed on the Website or provided to you upon placing an order.

Launkit reserves the right to change pricing at any time by posting new prices on the Website.

5. Delivery Timeline

Once the laundry/dry cleaning is done from our end we'll be delivering then back to your address within 1-3 business days (Delivery timeline may vary depending on service)

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before pickup without charge. After pickup, cancellation may incur a processing fee if work has started. For prepaid orders, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or as service credit within 5–7 business days.


Customers may cancel an order, subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation Before Pickup:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the scheduled pickup time by contacting our customer service or through the Website/App.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before the pickup process has begun, a full refund will be processed. If refund is approved the amount will be credited to you within 7-10 days

Cancellation After Pickup/Processing:

  • Once your items have been picked up or the cleaning process has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled, and the full service charge will apply.
  • In exceptional circumstances, Launkit reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after pickup but before processing. This fee will cover logistics and handling costs.
